2019北京世园会是迄今展出规模最大、参展国家最多的一届A1类世界园艺博览会,共有110个国家和国际组织,以及包括中国31个省区市、港澳台地区在内的120多个非官方参展方参加。上海秦森园林股份有限公司(简称“秦森园林”)作为企业参展方匠心打造秦森企业馆,旨在全面发挥企业全产业链优势,在这个国际化的舞台上展示生态景观、中式园林、中国传统建筑活态保护等方面的实践成绩,让博大精深的中华文明赢得世界尊重,让中国文化遗产重新焕发鲜活生命力。秦森企业馆位于展馆区西北侧,场地总长78米、总宽30米,总占地面积2324平米,展馆北侧为展馆区主干道,周边为大面积绿化景观,南侧为中心广场,空间尺度开阔。西侧毗邻带状绿化轴,东侧是休憩广场,位于中国馆和植物馆中间。

Qinsenenterprise pavilion is located in the northwest of the exhibition area, with atotal length of 78 meters and a total width of 30 meters. The pavilion coversan area of 2,324 square meters. The main road of the exhibition area is locatedon the north side of the exhibition area. The west side is adjacent to the beltgreen axis, and the east side is the rest square, located between the Chinapavilion and the plant pavilion.

秦森企业展园以独特的设计理念—“木刨花”,在设计上,利用生态纽带从空间维度上把整个展园有机联系起来,深入践行“曲面参数化技术应用+立体绿化”等多种技术手段,设计出国内大型竹木构筑。从前期简单概念,到中期形态空间定形,再到后期赋予“生命”,借木刨花简单纯粹的寓意和舒展优美的形态,用更加丰富而夸张的超前想法表现出来。每个月的活动日,我们在构筑下面举办“木雕木艺”体验活动,让游客与构筑物达到互动。

With the unique design concept of “woodshavings”, Qinsen enterprise exhibition garden organically connects the wholeexhibition garden from the spatial dimension by using ecological ties, deeplypractices various technical means such as “application of surfaceparameterization technology + three-dimensional greening”, and designs domesticlarge-scale bamboo and wood constructions. From the simple concept in theearly stage, to the shape space in the middle stage, and then to the laterstage to give “life”, the simple and pure implication of wood shavings and thebeautiful shape of stretching, expressed with more rich and exaggerated ideasin advance. Every month on the activity day, we hold “wood carving and woodart” experience activity under the building, so that visitors can interact withthe building.

为了实现建筑的空间形态的要求,结合工程竹的材料受拉强和抗剪弱的特点,结构设计采用了双层曲面网格的异形双曲面空间工程竹结构。关于内外拱连接部分,由于累计误差造成最后连接处有50MM误差,保证曲面的完整性和流畅感。由于构筑整体为多面异形,单体空间形态向外倾倒,内外拱双层网格受力实现内拱受压,外拱受拉,充分发挥工程竹结构适合轴向受力的特点。内外拱在顶部采用多点连接形式,而非采用传统内外拱结构的内拱与檩条的垂直连接,这样做的最大好处是避免了结构的横纹受拉,而是通过特殊的节点设计将横纹受拉转换为顺纹受拉,更好的利用材料,多点连接增加了结构的连接可靠性。因为构筑为多维空间立体,呈现多面扭曲,所以每一根杆件的尺寸与偏转角度方向都不同,竹木杆件与五金件的槽口衔接要精准无误,给构筑设计增加很大难度,最后采取对每根杆件和五金件独立编号,在杆件加工和搭建上要有百分百的专业和细心。

In order to achieve the requirements of thebuilding’s spatial form, combining the characteristics of strong tensilestrength and weak shear strength of the engineering bamboo material, thestructure design adopts the special-shaped hyperboloid spatial engineeringbamboo structure with double curved mesh. As for the connection part of theinner and outer arch, there is a 50MM error at the final connection due to theaccumulated error, ensuring the integrity of the surface and the sense offluency. As the construction of the whole is multi-faceted and irregular,the monomer spatial form tilts outwards, the internal and external arch isstressed by the double-layer grid, and the external arch is stretched, givingfull play to the characteristics of engineering bamboo structure suitable foraxial stress. Arch at the top with multipoint connection, both inside andoutside rather than inside and outside the traditional arch structure of thearch and purline vertical connection, the biggest advantage is to avoid thestructure of the horizontal stripes in tension, but rather through a specialnode design converts horizontal stripes tension to shun wen tensile, better useof materials, multipoint connection increases the connection reliability ofstructure. For constructing multi-dimensional three-dimensional, presentsthe multifaceted distortion, so that every member of different size anddirection of the deflection Angle, bamboo bar and hardware notch to connect toaccurate, adds great difficulty to build design, finally take of each bar andhardware independent number, on the bar processing and build to have hundredprofessional and careful.

“木刨花”的设计理念

项目总结:“木刨花”构筑利用竹子生长优势,以竹子为材料,运用螺栓五金件固定,构成整体骨架,并且所有的弧“拱”是独立单体,加上屋顶覆盖垂直绿化(佛甲草),可在不同场地按照不同功能需求,反复拆卸组装,展馆淋漓尽致地体现出秦森公司精明务实的生态、环保、节能理念。
