明日世界设计中心，是上海世博会时留下来的临时建筑，这些年里，也换了好几个业主，他们对建筑物的室内都进行过不同程度的改造，所以最终留下来的内部结构相对比较复杂。甲方希望做一个公益性的项目，免费提供给设计师办公，以及进行家具的展示等。
Tomorrow world design centeris a temporary building left over from the ShanghaiWorld expo, Over the years, therehave been several different owners, they have undergone various modificationsto the interior of the building, So the final structure of the internal structure isrelatively complex. Party A wants to do apublic welfare project which is free of charge to designers and free for thedisplay of furniture.
在接受设计任务之前，结构改造已经开始在施工了，到了工地现场，被现场的内部球形网架及错中复杂的裸露钢结构震撼了。在多次结构改造过程后，原有的结构框架已变得十分混乱，但没想到，这无意的混乱，却天然地透着一种能瞬间打动人的力度和美感。所以，保留并将原有球形网架的钢结构暴露出来，延伸原有钢结构的穿插痕迹同，就成了我们整体设计的基本方向和手法要求。为了将这种裸露凌乱美的感觉表现出来，设计中特意没有避开墙体与原结构硬撞的痕迹，而是让其像雕塑一样存在于墙体上，形成一幅立体的画面。 The structuraltransformation has already begun before we accepted the design task, afterarrived in building site we are shocked by the internal spherical grille andintricate exposed steel structure. The original structural framework has becomevery confusing after several times of structural transformation, but surprisingly this unintentional confusion naturally reveals the strengthand beauty moment which can instantly touch people. Therefore, it is the directionof the overall design and technical requirements to retain and to expose theoriginal steel structure of spherical grid, and to extend the traces of originalsteel structure. In order to show the feeling of this nudity messy, wedeliberately did not avoid the the traces of hard hit between the wall and theoriginal structure in the design, but to make them like a sculpture on the wallwhich form a three-dimensional picture.
另外，原有的建筑是单层膜结构，整个室内的能源损耗会很大，为了节省能源，同时，又能将现场球形网架的气势和裸露结构的美感保留下来，我们跟材料公司协商后，在室内加多了一层透明膜。 In addition,the original building is a single layer membrane structure, it makes a hugeloss of entire indoor energy. In order to save energy, and toretain the momentum of the spherical grid of the and the beauty of the barestructure in the meanwhile, we put a layer of transparent film indoor after consultedwith the material company.
通过膜结构，自然光会照进整个室内，那么在主色调上，我们就选用了比较浅的灰白色和原木色组合，这样第一感觉很轻松，也很符合空间的多变性，例如，在举办活动或者展示家具时会经常改变平面布置，干净柔和的浅色调就可以让它变得更容易实现。 Natural light shines through the membrane structurethroughout the room. So in the main colors, we choose thecombination of a relatively light gray and the wood color, So that the firstfeeling is very easy, but also it is very consistent with the variability of thespace. For example, we often change the layout in the event ofactivities or display furniture, the clean and soft light can make it easier toachieve the desired effect.
在这个公益性的项目里，应该有一个很大的公共活动区域，提供给大家举办活动、交流、酒会、发布会、演讲会等等，所以，功能分区设置了办公室、公共区、产品展示区、会议室、咖啡厅等，这样，空间的活跃度很好，空间与空间之间也能对上话。为了打破常规办公楼局促感和紧张的气氛，室内还种植了很多植物，设置了多重楼梯，人在空间里可以自由走动。 There should be a large public activity area in thispublic welfare project for the activities, exchanges, receptions, pressconferences, lectures, etc., so the functional partition is set up with theoffice, public areas, product display area, conference rooms, cafes, etc. Inthis way, the space is very active, and there will be sense of communicationbetween space and space. In order to remove the atmosphere of conventionaloffice building , we also planted a lot of plants and set up multiple stairsindoors, people can walk freely in this space.
