HL大厦是位于宾塔罗区的一座商业建筑，是一个集商业、住宅、教育于一体的、繁华生活的区域；建筑的整体被划分为三个区域，旨在成为人们在美食和氛围中休闲、娱乐和放松的地方；这里也有两家咖啡馆，一家是咖啡店，而另一家是意式冰淇淋咖啡馆。

HL Building is acommercial building located in Bintaro District, an area where business,residential complex, and education facilities meet and create a bustling life.The building is divided into three areas intended to be a place for people tohangout and relax with good food and atmosphere. It houses two establishments: coffee shop and gelato café.

建筑立面使用白砖覆盖，这一灵感来自于意大利的设计概念；乳白色的墙壁使这座建筑与周围的住宅区融于一体，但仍旧给人以其他建筑不同的印象。大大的窗形设计让自然光在白天进入建筑物，将内外部空间照亮。

The use of whitebrick for the façade was inspired by the Italian concept in the beginning. White walls makethis building blends with the surrounding residential complex but still gives adifferent impression from other buildings. Big windows allow natural light tobrighten up the building during daylight.

在建筑内部设计方面，BASIO工作室用油漆饰面平衡了譬如钢材在内的一系列暴露在外的材料；而坡道的设计则使得建筑的整体外观充满现代感和时尚感；另一方面，为了对建筑本身增添更多充满趣味的细节，在尽管坡道是由钢材制成的基础上，建筑师仍旧决定使坡道看起来呈现一种透明的状态，以此消除重钢所带给人的过度沉重的印象。

For the interior,BASIO balances exposed materials such as steel with the paint. The ramp usagealso gives the modern and sleek look. To add more details, even though the rampis made from steel, the architect decided to make the ramp to look transparentso it removed the image of heavy steel.

到了晚上，坡道会被灯照亮，这使建筑的屋顶呈现一种更生动的景观。此外，坡道还有另一个功能，那就是将每层楼连接起来，让客户能够轻松又舒适地到达上层或下层的任一楼层。

At night, the rampwill lighten up by the lamps, and it makes the are livelier. The ramp hasanother function, that is to connect every floor and let the customers to be inease as well as comfortable to reach another floor above or below.

自项目规划启动以来，这栋三层建筑便自始至终旨在完成两个不同销售公司的使用空间的创造；于是BASIO工作室还负责两家公司的室内设计。因此，因为对于整座建筑的设计全承包，为前来参观建筑物的访客创造一种连贯而舒适的体验则更容易。咖啡厅从早上开始营业，可以迎合吃早餐和喜欢咖啡的客人们的需求，而另一家咖啡厅则在中午左右开放，以供应午餐和小点心。

Since the beginningof the planning process, the 3-floor building is always intended to house twodifferent vendors. BASIO was also in charge with both vendors’ interior design.Therefore, it is easier to create experience for those who visit the building.The coffee shop is open since morning to cater breakfast and coffee-lovers,while the gelato café is open around noon for lunch time and small snacks.

屋顶区域是HL大厦的亮点之一，因为它为人们提供了社交和聚会的浪漫空间；无论是在下午还是晚上，人们都可以来到此处闲坐，聊天，或举办私人聚会；屋顶空间位于三楼，可以说是人们在长时间工作之后，又或是周末的时候可以放松休息的地方；人们可以自由地享受露天的风景和远处的自然，同时还不会打扰到HL大厦旁的住宅区。

The rooftop area isone of the highlights of HL Building, as it gives space for people to gatherwhether for a casual chat or private gathering during the afternoon untilevening. Located on the third floor, the rooftop is a place to sit back andrelax after long hours at work or on the weekend. The customers may enjoy theopen-air freely, so as not to disturb the residential area next to HL Building.
