▽面向田野的住宅/House G
项目位于上海郊区，基地东西面紧邻其他村宅，南边面对农田为开阔景观，北侧靠近道路。 Theproject is located in the suburb of Shanghai. It is adjacent to other villagesand houses in the East and West, farmland in the South and road in the north.
▽建筑与周边的住宅/Buildings and surrounding houses
业主是一对年逾六十的本地夫妇，他们的房子是三十多年前修建的，几年前已经被政府部门鉴定为危房。业主决定在原有的宅基地上重修一座新的自宅，作为夫妇二人自住养老的归所，也可以让在市里生活的子女偶尔回家小住。 The owner is a local couple over 60 yearsold. Their house was built more than 30 years ago and has been identified asdangerous by the government several years ago. The owner decided to rebuild anew house on the original homestead, as the home for the couple to live for theaged, or let the children living in the city occasionally go home to live.
建筑呈现为一个南北向双坡双层的矩形体量，在保持面积不超出建筑规范的情况下，建筑面宽被拉长，南向景观和采光面相应增加。 The building presents a double slope anddouble-layer rectangular volume in the north-south direction. Under thecondition that the area does not exceed the building specifications, the widthof the building surface is lengthened, and the southern landscape and lightingsurface are increased accordingly.

在房子的南侧靠近田野的部分保留了室外菜园和晒场，建筑设计中则强化江南建筑挑檐的语言与低缓的水平线相结合，利用宜人的尺度统一景观与建筑两个部分。 在空间排布方面，强调了室内空间和室外景观之间的高度互访性，将建筑的公共，共有，私有三个部分整合并加以区分。对于室内部空间的排布，满足业主夫妻日常生活和邻里交往成为整理两层空间的关键。 In the south side of the house, the outdoorgarden and sunning ground are reserved in the part near the field. In thearchitectural design, the language of overhanging eaves in the south of theYangtze River is combined with the low horizontal line, and the pleasant scaleis used to unify the landscape and the building. In terms of space arrangement, itemphasizes the high degree of mutual visit between indoor space and outdoorlandscape, and integrates and distinguishes the public, common and privateparts of the building. For the layout of interior space, the key to finishingthe two-layer space is to meet the daily life of the owner and the couple andthe neighborhood communication.
▽排水细部，建筑周边环境/Drain detail，Surrounding environment of buildings
一层南边院子里按照业主的习惯保留了菜地，并在一侧重新设计了宽大的洗涤槽，平日里洗菜刷碗、种地取水等都在户外完成。建筑师在院子的边界设计了一些简单的体块来限定场地，不需要晾晒作物和被褥的时候，这里也可以成为邻里相聚休闲的场所。 In the south yard on the first floor,vegetable fields are reserved according to the habits of the owners, and alarge sink is redesigned on one side. On weekdays, washing dishes andcollecting water from the farmland are completed outdoors. The architectdesigned some simple blocks at the boundary of the yard to define the site. Itcan also be a place for neighbors to gather and relax when there is no need todry crops and bedding.

村子里的流动人口比例远比城市里低，人与人之间的关系更加紧密。建筑师为业主和邻居设计了客厅、厨房、餐厅等一系列共有空间。客厅的概念在这里被无限放大，同时承担了传统民居中堂屋的功能，成为一个可变空间。位于一层的菜地、晒场、厨房、餐厅也都可以是邻居相聚聊天的地点。 The proportion of floating population inthe village is much lower than that in the city, and the relationship betweenpeople is closer. The architect designed a series of common spaces for theowners and neighbors, such as living room, kitchen and dining room. The conceptof the living room is infinitely enlarged here, and it also undertakes thefunction of the central hall of the traditional residence, becoming a variablespace. The vegetable field, sunning ground, kitchen and restaurant on the firstfloor can also be a place for neighbors to get together and chat.
▽在楼梯处设计了半通透的木格栅门，作为进入二楼的提示，也是共有空间和私人空间的分隔。 A semi permeable wooden grid gate isdesigned at the staircase as a hint to enter the second floor and also aseparation between the common space and the private space.
二楼主要包括业主和儿女的卧室，以及供家庭成员偶尔交流休闲的角落。 二楼的空间排布以功能和效率为出发点，利用走廊串联各个卧室、洗手间。我们在走廊挑空处设计了一个简单的水吧，将“共有”的概念从一楼玄关延伸到二楼，也丰富了走廊作为纯粹交通空间外的用途。 The second floor mainly includes thebedroom for the owners and their children, as well as a corner for familymembers to communicate and relax occasionally. The space layout of the second floor takesfunction and efficiency as the starting point, and uses the corridor to connecteach bedroom and toilet. We have designed a simple water bar at the void of thecorridor, extending the concept of "common ownership" from the firstfloor porch to the second floor, and enriching the use of the corridor as apure transportation space.

业主的儿女平时在上海工作生活，希望回到远郊父母家中时，可以享受乡村生活的悠闲并且保留城市的私密感。我们将客卧和客卫整合成为一个完整空间，在景观和采光上充分考虑视野和采光的需求。除了马桶之外，洗手间的各项功能都以开放的姿态存在，空间上更加强调原木带来的温暖放松的气氛。 The owner's children usually work and livein Shanghai, hoping that when they return to their parents' homes in thesuburbs, they can enjoy the leisure of rural life and retain the privacy of thecity. We integrate the guest bedroom and guest bathroom into a complete space,and fully consider the needs of vision and lighting in the landscape andlighting. In addition to the toilet, all functions of the toilet exist in anopen posture, and the space emphasizes the warm and relaxed atmosphere broughtby logs.

二楼的阳台和露台是二楼室内空间向外的延伸，偶尔可以邀请亲友进行相对私密的露天晚餐、烧烤派对。二楼的室外空间与一楼和远处田野在视线上的联系很紧密，但又保留了一些距离。 The balcony and terrace on the second floorare the outward extension of the interior space on the second floor.Occasionally, relatives and friends can be invited to have a relatively privateopen-air dinner and barbecue party. The distance between the upper floor andthe field is very close, but the distance between the first floor and theoutdoor space is reserved.

阁楼是住宅最私密的部分，是完整的私人空间，由多功能活动室、储藏室和一个很小的屋顶户外花园组成。小花园位于坡屋顶最高的山花部分，在坡屋顶开洞，化解了层高的限制。除了提升阁楼的采光和通风条件，私密的阁楼花园可以成为偶尔回来小住的女儿提供一片瞭望、思考、冥想的私密天地。 The loft is the most private part of thehouse. It is a complete private space. It is composed of multi-functionalactivity room, storage room and a small roof outdoor garden. The small gardenis located in the highest part of the gable roof, and holes are opened in thesloping roof, which solves the limitation of floor height. In addition toimproving the lighting and ventilation conditions of the attic, the privateloft garden can be a private place for the daughter who occasionally comes backto live in a small house, providing a private space for observation, thinkingand meditation.
