南沙自贸区作为广州城市副中心，正处于粤港澳大湾区的中心位置，随着半小时交通圈逐步建立，它将成为联动湾区11城的核心枢纽。而明珠湾正是南沙自贸区中唯一的金融服务区块，将成为珠江口湾区对标国际的中央商务核心区。Aedas受广州越秀集团委托，在明珠湾商务办公区——灵山岛岛尖的门户区域，打造一座地标性高端办公商务综合体。
As the sub-center of Guangzhou city, Nansha Free Trade Zone is in the center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. With the gradual establishment of a half-hour traffic circle, it will become the core hub of 11 cities in the Linkage Bay Area. The Pearl Bay is the only financial service block in the Nansha Free Trade Zone, and it will become the central business core area of the Pearl River Mouth Bay Area against the international bench mark. Aedas was entrusted by the owner to build a landmark high-end office business complex in the gateway area of Lingshan Island, the business office area of Mingzhu Bay.

项目位于南沙区灵山岛尖东端，三面临水，具有超270度观景面，与南沙区政府隔江远眺，可通过凤凰大道、广澳高速等通往广州市中心及深圳，并与未来规划地铁相连。但地块面积有限，设计需在充分利用景观条件的同时，整合内部空间，打造出兼具灵活性、独立性且彼此连接的商务综合体，并符合地块高端定位的门户形象。
The project is located at the eastern end of Lingshan Island, Nansha District, facing the water on three sides, with a 270-degree viewing area, and overlooking the Nansha District Government across the river. It can be connected to the city center and Shenzhen via Phoenix Avenue and Guangao Expressway, and is connected to the future Planning to connect with the subway. However, the area of the plot is limited, and the design needs to make full use of the landscape conditions while integrating the internal space to create a flexible, independent and interconnected business complex that conforms to the high-end positioning of the plot.

“不是只有繁复才能凸显重要，对于这里独特的山江海格局，我想自然的几何之美将是绝佳的回应。” Aedas全球设计董事韦业启（Ken Wai）在极简的建筑轮廓中，通过多重几何黄金比搭配细节的雕琢，构建出简而不凡的独特建筑形态，将自然环境、建筑和时间无缝串联。
“It’s not only complicated to highlight the importance. For the unique landscape of mountains, rivers and seas, I think the beauty of natural geometry will be an excellent response.” Aedas Global Design Principal Ken Wai, in the minimalist architectural outline, uses multiple geometric shapes. The carving of gold ratio with details creates a simple and unique architectural form that seamlessly connects the natural environment, architecture and time.
灵山之翼
设计以“灵山之翼“为概念，两座双子塔由空中连廊彼此连接，在精心调整的高度与比例之间，达成完美的黄金分割，犹如双翼展翅之姿俯冲海面，形成极具张力与几何美的建筑轮廓，并通过弧线形连桥与南侧的双子塔联通，一同构建出昌盛腾飞的建筑姿态，寓意着城市的锐意进取。
The design is based on the concept of "Lingshan Wings". The two twin towers are connected by a corridor in the sky. The height and proportions are carefully adjusted to achieve a perfect golden ratio. The two towers dive into the sea like two wings spreading their wings, forming great tension. It is connected with the geometrically beautiful building outline and connected with the twin towers on the south side through an arc-shaped connecting bridge, forming a prosperous architectural posture,implying the city's forge ahead.

The volume of the podium echoes the geometric shape of the urban planning, and the arc-shaped bridge reflects the circular lake on the east side, connecting the north and south plots, and cleverly integrating the surrounding mountain-river-sea natural pattern. The building complex as a whole gradually rises from south to north, and gradually extends from the sea to the sky in the ups and downs, making the building become the visual center of the confluence of the three rivers, constructing a new gateway to the sea, a powerful and majestic city.

城市客厅
设计就地取形，以海浪为蓝本，借用它富有韵律变化的万千线条构造建筑立面，体现灵山之泉的意象。通过羽翼化层叠处理，将幕墙玻璃向内倾斜约10%，如同羽毛层叠般的塔楼幕墙效果，营造出如同“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”的磅礴之势，与灵山之翼的设计概念彼此呼应，形成与大海的自然连接。
The design takes the shape from the spot and takes the ocean waves as the blueprint, borrowing its rhythmic and changing lines to construct the building facade, reflecting the image of the spring of Lingshan. Through the winged layering process, the curtain wall glass is tilted inward about 10%, like a feather layered tower curtain wall effect, creating a majestic trend like "flying straight down three thousand feet, suspected to be the Milky Way down nine days", and Lingshan The design concepts of Wings echo each other, constructing a natural connection with the sea.
幕墙去除竖向铝板的阻挡，横明竖隐间避免了室内灯光的反射，同时最大程度减少了对景观面的阻挡，达到最辽阔的视觉体验，让建筑与自然融为一体。
The curtain wall removes the obstruction of the vertical aluminum plate, avoiding the reflection of indoor light in the horizontal and vertical hidden rooms, and at the same time, minimizes the obstruction of the landscape surface, achieving the richest and vast visual experience, and integrating the architecture and nature.

融入自然只是开始。通过空中连廊将北侧的双子塔彼此连接，将其打造成为南沙的城市会客厅。绿色景观和艺术展览营造出雅致环境，连续的大面积玻璃幕墙，构建出270度的极致观景空间，可无界饱览三江入海，将成为湾区的城市新封面。同时，为遵从总体规划设计师对灵山岛尖的重要位置建筑需重视第五立面的要求，设计结合塔冠内收结构，打造了四周高中心低的遮罩，形成水流向内而下，寓意着四水归堂，福财内聚。
Integration into nature is just the beginning. The design connects the twin towers on the north side with each other through the sky corridor, turning them into the urban living room of Nansha. The green landscape and art exhibitions create an elegant environment.The continuous large-area glass curtain wall constructs an ultimate viewing space of 270 degrees, which can be touched to enjoy the three rivers and the sea, which will become the new urban cover of the Bay Area. At the same time, in order to comply with the chief architect’s requirement for the building at the important location of Lingshan Island, the fifth façade must be emphasized. The design combined with the inwardly retracted structure of the tower crown to create a high-center and low-level shield around it, forming a water flow inward and downward. The four waters return to the church, and fortune gathers together.

人居尺度的滨海奢邸
建筑是场地与人之间关联的媒介，设计在有限的地块面积中，充分考虑人居尺度。基于通达性及动线规划考量，设计将地块一分为二，以贯穿东西的道路提升地块可达性，并实现不同目的地人群的车辆分流，以跨越南北的空中连桥，将塔楼彼此连接，实现人车分离。四座塔楼采用对角线式布局，分置于地块南北，并调整塔楼朝向角度，避免对视的同时最大限度将自然景观引入室内。
The building is the medium between the site and the people. It is designed in a limited area with full consideration of the scale of human settlements. Based on accessibility and traffic planning considerations, the design divides the plot into two to improve the accessibility of the plot with the east-west road, and realize the diversion of vehicles from different destinations. The towers are connected to each other and separate people and vehicles. The four towers adopt a diagonal layout and are placed in the north and south of the plot, and the angle of the towers is adjusted to avoid looking at each other while bringing the natural landscape into the room as much as possible.

北地块双子塔为办公写字楼，南地块的为公寓住宅。设计整体采用“核心筒+边柱”的形式，以灵活可调节的空间布局，适应未来不同规模团队的办公需求；并在住宅空间打造270度超大阳台，尽享江海景色，以如同“天海之上，踏浪归家”的居住体验，引领CBD的全新生活美学风尚。
The twin towers in the north plot are office buildings, and the apartments in the south plot. The overall design adopts the form of "core tube + side column", with flexible and adjustable space layout, to adapt to the office needs of teams of different sizes in the future; and to create a 270-degree super large balcony in the residential space, so as to enjoy the view of the river and the sea, leads the new life aesthetics of CBD.

面对有限的地块面积，设计以最大化的公共空间和自然景观，利用屋顶和连廊空间，构建绿色空中花园，赋予建筑内生的开放性，以尺度宜人的舒适环境，增强人与建筑的连接，回应周边的自然格局。设计围绕塔楼打造了多个广场景观节点，并利用转角开放空间和骑楼遮风挡雨的通廊，为使用者提供了休息活动场所。
Facing the limited land area, the design maximizes the public space and natural landscape, uses the roof and the corridor space to construct a green sky garden, gives the building an inherent openness, and uses a pleasant and comfortable environment to enhance people and architecture. The connection of each other responds to the surrounding natural pattern. The design creates a number of plaza landscape nodes around the tower, and uses the corner open space and the arcade to shield the wind and rain from the corridor to provide users with a place for rest and activities.
